Athletes will be required to submit their names for team selection by no later than 26th October 2019.  

The Relay coordinator will then pick the teams based on fastest times as per Results HQ.  This is to give the club and athletes the best chance to progressing to the next level of competition.

Payment for Relays must be made before the event day.

All athletes that put their names down will be given the opportunity to compete at Region Relays.
